Morning Rites Coffee Company

At Morning Rites Coffee Company, every order is prepared with intention. Our coffees are roasted to order for peak freshness, while our merchandise is produced and fulfilled through trusted partners. Because of this, items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Order Processing

Coffee Orders (Roasted to Order):

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Roasted and prepared after purchase for freshness

Merchandise Orders (Apparel & Goods):

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Made to order through our fulfillment partner

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order has been processed and entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on the product type and shipping method selected at checkout.

Coffee (Standard Shipping):

  • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Merchandise (Print-on-Demand):

  • Economy Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after fulfillment
  • Express Shipping:
    • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after fulfillment

Please note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Shipping method (economy or express, where available)
  • Delivery location

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.


Split Shipments

Because coffee and merchandise are fulfilled separately, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

You will receive separate tracking information for each package when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Issues & Delays

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Morning Rites Coffee Company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost in transit
  • Significantly delayed

Please contact the carrier directly first. If you need support, we’re here to help guide you through the process.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery options (including economy and express) will be calculated at checkout.
