At Morning Rites Coffee Company, every bag is crafted with intention. Because coffee is a perishable product, our return policy is designed to protect freshness while ensuring you receive a product you truly enjoy.


Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened coffee products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly make it right by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Satisfaction Guarantee

Your morning ritual matters.

If you’re not satisfied with your coffee, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement product or store credit toward a coffee better suited to your taste.

We do not require you to return the product—we trust our customers and stand behind our craft.


Unopened Coffee Returns

We accept returns on unopened and sealed coffee within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours

Merchandise (Non-Coffee Items)

For apparel and other merchandise:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened coffee products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or promotional items

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once an order has been processed, roasted, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
